Refund or Exchange Policy
ONLINE CUSTOMER/STOCKIST
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the shipment confirmation email.
- Returned items are subject to a quality control inspection and approval.
Exclusions:
- Reasons such as “I changed my mind,” “I don’t want it anymore,” or “The color is different from the website” will not be accepted as valid grounds for a refund or exchange.
- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Item Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and in the exact condition they were when purchased.
- You must present the original receipt and ensure that the items are in their original packaging.
Exchanges:
- Approved returns may be exchanged for another size or color of the same design.
- Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable and must be borne by you.
- Ensure that the item(s) reach us safely. We recommend using registered mail with a tracking number to monitor your return.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be notified when payment is ready.
Late or Missing Refunds:
