  1. Return Conditions:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the shipment confirmation email.
    • Returned items are subject to a quality control inspection and approval.
  2. Exclusions:

    • Reasons such as “I changed my mind,” “I don’t want it anymore,” or “The color is different from the website” will not be accepted as valid grounds for a refund or exchange.
    • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  3. Item Conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and in the exact condition they were when purchased.
    • You must present the original receipt and ensure that the items are in their original packaging.
  4. Exchanges:

    • Approved returns may be exchanged for another size or color of the same design.
    • Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable and must be borne by you.
    • Ensure that the item(s) reach us safely. We recommend using registered mail with a tracking number to monitor your return.
  5. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be notified when payment is ready.
  6. Late or Missing Refunds:
